STASIU'S

Vanilla with a darker edge

THE
PORTER
LIKEUR

Elegance with a wild side.

Refined with rich vanilla and the depth of dark porter, Stasiu's is warm, bold and unmistakably from the mountains. It begins smooth and sweet — then the porter opens up, bringing dark malt character, a hint of roast, and a long, lingering finish.

Drink ice cold. Shake before using. Best enjoyed in a group from a single shot glass — Sto Lat!

How to Drink

THREE WAYS
TO SERVE

Pure, over ice, or in cocktails. Stasiu's is at home in good company.

01
Ice Cold Shot

Pour ice cold into a single shot glass and pass it around. This is how the Górale do it — no ceremony, no fuss. Just the moment. Sto lat!

02
Over Ice

A single large cube. The melt opens up the malt character gradually, softening the edges. Good for a slow evening with good conversation.

03
White Polish

25ml Stasiu's, topped with cold milk. Rich, smooth and deceptively easy. The vanilla and dark malt open up beautifully against the cream.

TRADITIONS
NOT WRITTEN,
BUT PASSED ON

A family recipe from the mountains — shared with you the same way it was shared with us.

My father created Stasiu's in the Polish highlands, combining his love of dark porter beer with the warming sweetness of vanilla — two ingredients that, like the Górale themselves, are stronger together than apart. He never wrote the recipe down. He showed us instead.

Stasiu's is a drink for people who gather. For the table where no one checks the time — the moment someone fills the shot glass and passes it around. Whether it’s a kitchen table in Rotterdam, a garden with friends, or a hut in Podhale, some things are just better shared. Sto lat!

Podhale plateau — Tatry Mountains at dawn

WHERE THE
LAND SHAPES
THE PEOPLE

The Podhale plateau — so remote, so rugged, it forged a culture entirely its own.

Stretching south from Nowy Targ to the foot of the Tatry, Podhale is a plateau carved by peaks and seasons. For centuries, the Górale — the mountain people — were cut off from the rest of Poland by terrain and weather. That isolation gave them something: their own dialect, their own music, their own architecture, and their own way of doing things.

The land made them strong, proud and close-knit. Dressed in embroidered wool, dancing to the fast-paced zbójnicki, gathering around the table with a single shot glass passed from hand to hand — the Górale have always known that the best things are shared. Stasiu’s is made in their spirit.
