Our Story
TRADITIONS
NOT WRITTEN,
BUT PASSED ON
A recipe from the deep south of Poland — passed from father to daughter by hand, never by paper.
The Góral people of the Polish highlands — Nowy Targ, Rogoznik, the valleys beneath the Tatry — have always made things from what the land and tradition gave them. Strength, pride, fire and craftsmanship. These values were never stated. They were simply how things were done.
Stasiu's Porter Likeur was created by my father in the Polish highlands. A recipe combining his love of dark porter beer with the warming sweetness of vanilla — two ingredients that, like the Górale themselves, are stronger together than apart. He never wrote it down. He showed us instead.
Now made in Rotterdam by W.B. Kwak, Stasiu's carries that highland spirit into every bottle — for those who appreciate where things come from, and who passed them on.
